Selection Process

XAgency is looking for a core group of artists to work with in the beginning and will expand the talent pool as we grow. Below, you will find the requirements necessary to be considered for XAgency. Initially we will be choosing a small group of artists for each category of services. We will be utilizing these artists for all work that comes through XAgency. All submissions will be reviewed and selected based on the level of professionalism and originality. If you are not chosen for this first tier of artists don’t worry, you will have additional opportunities to submit your work for consideration as XAgency grows.

Application Requirements

• At least four samples of your work from each category for which you would like to be considered. The files must be clearly named and grouped by category. Please compress all files into one zipped folder. By submitting these examples of work you give us permission to include it in the XAgency Collective Portfolio which will be submitted to our clients and displayed on our website.
• A short 1 - 2 paragraph bio explaining your work experience.
• Which categories of work are your specialty and which ones you are most interested in getting work from?
• A rough idea of your pricing. You will not be held to these numbers they will simply be used to estimate which artists will work best for different budgets. Each contract will be negotiated individually.
• Your availability. Are you working a full time job and only available for freelance in the evenings or freelancing professionally full time?
